CREATIVE CRICKLEWOOD are proud to launch the Cricklewood Silk Road Festival with an afternoon and evening of exciting entertainment: PURE SILK – a showcase of song and dance in the Windmill garden hosted by Carl Chamberlain, and the opening of SEND – an art exhibition of paper planes curated by Kevin Keating. A barbecue will also be available in the garden and admission is FREE.
The day will start with the installation of a twenty foot paper jet in the open space in Keyes Road, outside the new Costa, just yards from the Windmill. Come and make a paper plane with us on Sunday 1st September from 2pm – 6pm to add to the Windmill exhibition.
Submission for anyone wishing to make a paper jet independently is on Friday 30 August from 10am – 2pm at the Windmill. If this time isn’t convenient for you, please contact Kevin on 07818 237 903 or email@example.com
